Command Centre Supervisor – Loss Control – Level 9 (1 Post)
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating Command Centre operations to ensure effective monitoring and response to security incidents.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and supervising Command Centre Operators and Officers
- Organising shift schedules to ensure continuous 24/7 operations
- Addressing staff welfare, disciplinary, and conduct-related issues
- Ensuring smooth and efficient Command Centre operations
- Managing access control systems and responding to alarms
- Enforcing adherence to Command Centre Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Supporting the development and improvement of policies and SOPs
- Ensuring compliance with data protection legislation
- Supervising retrieval, processing, storage, and preservation of recorded footage
- Handling recorded material in line with legal and regulatory requirements
- Recommending equipment and technology improvements
- Performing basic troubleshooting and escalating technical issues
- Logging system faults and coordinating maintenance with ICT and service providers
- Supporting audit processes relating to Command Centre operations

Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must have:
- A Degree in Information Management Systems, ICT, Security Studies, Intelligence Studies, Geospatial Intelligence, Geographic Information Systems, Social Sciences or equivalent
- At least five (5) years’ experience in security management, investigations, risk management, ICT installation and maintenance or related fields
- Five (5) ‘O’ Level passes including English Language, Mathematics and Science
- A clean Class Four (4) Driver’s Licence will be an added advantage
Command Centre Officer – Loss Control – Level 11 (12 Posts)
Key Responsibilities
The Command Centre Officer will support monitoring and surveillance activities to enhance security and operational safety.
Duties include:
- Monitoring surveillance systems for security breaches and suspicious activity
- Verifying alerts and assessing incidents
- Controlling PTZ camera functions including pan, tilt, and zoom
- Managing access control systems to restrict unauthorized access
- Receiving and responding to alarms in line with SOPs
- Reporting security incidents accurately and promptly
- Relaying real-time information to relevant stakeholders
- Dispatching response teams when required
- Coordinating communication with Police and Security Teams
- Maintaining accurate event registers and activity logs
- Securing records and preventing unauthorized disclosure
- Recording and preserving digital footage
- Preparing incident and periodic reports
- Ensuring Command Centre equipment remains functional
- Maintaining a clean and safe Command Centre environment
- Enforcing access control to the Command Centre
Job Skills and Competencies
Applicants should demonstrate:
- Ability to operate CCTV systems, PTZ cameras, and alarms
- Strong situational awareness and incident response capability
- Competence in maintaining logs and handling sensitive data
- Effective communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments

Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must have:
- A Diploma or Degree in Information Management Systems, ICT, Security Studies, Intelligence Studies, Geospatial Intelligence, Geographic Information Systems or equivalent
- At least two (2) years’ relevant experience in security management, investigations, risk management, ICT installation and maintenance or related fields
- Five (5) ‘O’ Level passes including English Language, Mathematics and Science
- A clean Class Four (4) Driver’s Licence will be an added advantage
