Silverleaf Academy is inviting applications for the position of Head of Middle Primary (Grades 3–4) at its Usa River campus in Tanzania. The school is looking for a qualified and experienced education leader to oversee the critical middle primary phase focused on foundational literacy and numeracy development.

The successful candidate will provide instructional leadership, support curriculum delivery, and mentor teachers to ensure high-quality learning outcomes for pupils in Grades 3 and 4. This role is considered an important bridge phase in children’s education and contributes significantly to lifelong learning success.
