Silverleaf Academy Fellowship Program – Talent Academy 2026

In 2024, Silverleaf Academy launched the Talent Academy Fellowship Program with the goal of training certified teachers in the Silverleaf model that turn not just training but a  complete teaching transformation.

Since 2024, Silverleaf Academy's Talent Academy has trained 98 teachers across 3 cohorts 2024-2025 with successful  81% graduated program and 78% rate offered jobs as full-time educators across Silverleaf Campuses in Northen zone cluster and the 3% hired by international schools and government. 

As we continue to grow and expand the Silverleaf promise across Tanzania, we remain committed to developing the next generation not only for Silverleaf but for the entire community of Tanzania, we are happy to  Cohort 4 launches 1 July 2026 with 50 fellows spaces for 6 months fellowship  where fellows will hava na opportunities to: 

• Co-teaching: Real classroom experience from week one alongside expert educators
• Expert Mentorship: Personalised coaching from seasoned Silverleaf lead teachers
• Modern Pedagogy: Evidence-based, innovative and student-centred teaching methods
• Career Pathway: Top graduates considered for full-time roles at Silverleaf campuses

Qualifications:

1. Certified teacher:  Montessori, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Education 
2. 0-3 years of teaching experience (Preferred).

Additional Attributes

3. Passionate about innovative teaching methods
4. Interest in students -centered approaches.
5. Enthusiasm for and involvement in co-curricular activities
6. Basic skills in computer (Microsoft Office and  Email)
7. A person with a growth mindset and passion for education.
8. Fluent in spoken and written English. 
9. Strong content master 

Application Program

1. Stage 1 Application-  by EOD Sunday, 27 May 2026
2. Shortlisted for an interview by EOD 31 May 2026
3. In person interview day start: 15th-19th June 2026
4. Notification if you have made it to the final interview day- by EOD, 22nd June 2026
5. Fellowship Move In Day and Welcome and onboarded- 1st July 2026 
6. Fellowship Start Date- 6th July 2026

Upon successful graduation, fellows are required to serve at Silverleaf for a minimum of 1 year as a full-time educator.

• Fellows who commit to the 1-year service obligation will receive the program on a fully funded basis.
• Fellows who are unable to commit to the 1-year service obligation will be required to pay the full program fee.
