Ushetu District Council, issues this interview call letter referenced UDC/CAB.291/155/01/06 dated 28 January, 2026.
Following the Ajira announcement referenced UDC/CAB.291/155/01 “B”/02 dated 13 January, 2026 regarding vacancies for the position of Office Assistant (Job Code 01), the Executive Director of Ushetu District Council informs the shortlisted applicants that they are invited to attend an interview scheduled to be held on 06 February, 2026 at 3:00 a.m. at the hall of the former Ushetu District Hospital, Nyamilangano.
All candidates are required to attend the interview on the stated date and must bring their original certificates starting from Form IV and Form VI where applicable, together with certificates, diplomas or degrees, as well as a birth certificate. Candidates must also carry copies of all these documents for submission, including secondary school certificates, professional certificates, higher education certificates and the birth certificate.
Applicants are advised that the Office of the Executive Director, Ushetu District Council, will not provide food, transport or accommodation for interview candidates. Those whose names do not appear in this interview call should understand that they did not meet the required qualifications and therefore should not report for the interview, as they will not be admitted.
The shortlisted candidates for the interview are Richard Tabu Mihayo and Gervas Kakulu Magoozwa, who are invited to attend the interview for the Office Assistant position under the Employment Department at the Ushetu District Council Hall. The interview duration is scheduled for 2:00 a.m. on 06 February, 2026.
