Job Title: Sales Reconciliation Officer (Volunteer)

Key Responsibilities
Credit Follow-Up and Communication
- Conduct structured follow-up calls to credit customers with overdue invoices under supervision
- Communicate professionally with distributors and clients regarding outstanding balances and agreed payment timelines
- Record call outcomes accurately and maintain comprehensive call logs
Reconciliation and Reporting
- Update and maintain debtor tracking tools, including aging schedules and payment follow-up matrices
- Reconcile follow-up information with invoice data to ensure accuracy of records
- Support preparation of periodic debtor status reports (weekly aging updates and recovery progress summaries)
- Assist in analyzing trends in overdue accounts, including repayment patterns and frequency of delays
Coordination and Data Management
- Support coordination between the Social Marketing team and Finance on credit-related matters
- Assist in secondary sales data audit and verification
- Maintain integrity and confidentiality in handling financial and customer information
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
- Recent graduate in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Computer literate with at least a certificate in basic computer applications
Skills and Competencies
- Strong verbal communication and professional telephone etiquette
- Basic analytical skills to interpret debtor aging reports and payment trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and documentation tools
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
- Strong organisational and record-keeping skills
