Purpose of the Role

Tabono Consult is seeking energetic and self-motivated Sales Executives to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and strengthening client relationships.

The successful candidate will play a direct role in expanding the company’s market presence while contributing to revenue growth and long-term client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities in untapped markets and industry sectors.
  • Explore strategic partnerships and geographical expansion opportunities.
  • Propose additional services to existing clients to enhance value delivery.
  • Convert sales leads into long-term client relationships through follow-ups and engagement.

Sales & Marketing Strategy

  • Conduct regular sales visits and client meetings.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit detailed sales performance reports to management.

Market Research & Client Management

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategy.
  • Monitor industry trends and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and excellent customer service.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales or marketing.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and proactive.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
