The company is seeking a self-motivated, committed and results-driven Medical Supplies Sales Representative to support business expansion and strengthen market presence.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Office)
- Strong track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Strong prioritization, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver tailored presentations
- Strong relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Diploma in one of the following:
- Pharmaceutical Science
- Nursing
- Clinical Medicine
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Promote and sell medical supplies to hospitals, clinics, laboratories and pharmacies
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Identify prospects and convert them into long-term clients
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and procurement teams
- Conduct regular client visits, product presentations and follow-ups
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor competitor products, pricing and market activities
- Identify market trends and new product opportunities
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market developments
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts and activity reports
Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing team to strengthen brand presence
- Adapt sales presentations to different customers and sales environments
