Quotation Invitation for Supply of Medical Equipment
SolidarMed invites qualified suppliers to submit quotations for the supply of specified medical equipment to support healthcare facilities in Tanzania.
This procurement aims to ensure the availability of high-quality medical devices that strengthen service delivery in targeted health institutions.
Items Required
Suppliers are invited to quote for the following equipment:
- Infant Radiant Warmer – 2 pieces
- VAYU CPAP – 4 pieces
- Infusion Pump – 4 pieces
- Oxygen Concentrator (10 Liters) – 2 pieces
All equipment must meet relevant medical standards and include detailed technical specifications.
Bidder Eligibility Criteria
Interested bidders must meet the following requirements:
- Possess valid and relevant business registration and legal documentation (copies must be attached).
- Provide supporting documents such as proforma invoice, invoice, and delivery note.
- Include detailed equipment specifications and clear photos of the items.
- Submit quotations in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS).
Incomplete submissions or missing documentation may result in disqualification.
Place of Delivery
The equipment will be delivered to the following facilities:
- 1 Infant Radiant Warmer and 1 Infusion Pump – Mkundi MH, Morogoro MC
- 1 Infant Radiant Warmer and 1 Infusion Pump – Lupiro HC, Ulanga DC
- 1 Infusion Pump – Morogoro Regional Hospital, Morogoro MC
- 1 Infusion Pump – St Francis Referral Hospital, Ifakara TC
- 2 Oxygen Concentrators and 4 VAYU CPAP – SolidarMed Office, Ifakara TC
Suppliers must ensure proper packaging and safe transportation to the designated sites.
Additional Requirements
- All transport and associated logistics costs must be included in the quotation.
- Equipment should comply with healthcare quality and safety standards.
- Delivery timelines should be clearly stated in the quotation.
