The Embassy of the United Republic of Tanzania in Japan is pleased to inform the public about various study and research scholarship opportunities available in Japan. These scholarships are offered by the Government of Japan and other development partners with the aim of supporting Tanzanian students, professionals, and researchers to gain advanced education and skills from Japan’s world-class institutions.

The scholarships target different levels of study, including Master’s and Doctoral (PhD) programs. Additionally, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan (MEXT) also provides opportunities for Undergraduate and Specialized Training studies.
