KCB Bank Tanzania is inviting qualified and innovative professionals to apply for the position of Products & Innovation Supervisor. The successful candidate will support the Bank’s innovation agenda by participating in design-thinking workshops, coordinating innovation projects, assisting with product development and testing, and improving customer experiences through creative digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ideation workshops, innovation challenges, and design-thinking sessions for DFS initiatives.

  

• Support the development of innovative concepts and solution prototypes.

• Coordinate innovation initiatives from concept through pilot and implementation stages.

  

• Support project planning, documentation, progress tracking, and stakeholder coordination.

• Assist product teams in translating innovation concepts into viable products and services.

  

• Participate in product testing, pilot execution, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and customer feedback collection.

• Monitor product adoption and performance after implementation.

  

• Support customer journey mapping and customer experience improvement initiatives.

• Identify customer pain points and recommend innovative solutions.

• Maintain innovation pipeline records and project documentation.

• Support innovation campaigns and employee engagement initiatives.

• Assist in maintaining innovation repositories, best practices, and lessons learned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.

• Knowledge of Product Management.

• Knowledge of Project Management.

• Understanding of AGILE practices.

• A Master’s degree in a business-related field is an added advantage.

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience.
