The successful candidates will support the growth of the bank’s Government Lending portfolio by identifying eligible public-sector employees, promoting loan products, assisting customers through the Utumishi EES (E-Mkopo) application process, and building long-term relationships with government institutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire eligible government employees as potential customers.

  

• Market I&M Bank Government Lending products and services.

• Assist customers with loan applications through Utumishi EES (E-Mkopo).

  

• Support account opening and salary transfer processes to I&M Bank.

• Conduct field sales visits and customer activation campaigns at government institutions.

  

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers.

• Follow up on loan applications and customer leads.

  

• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

• Prepare and submit daily and monthly sales activity reports.
