The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring vehicle fitment appointments are scheduled and completed within agreed service levels. Working closely with customers, technicians, and international support teams, the Scheduling Agent will help deliver an excellent customer experience from booking through installation and after-sales support.

What to Expect

• Schedule customer vehicle fitment appointments within required timeframes.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face.
• Handle enquiries relating to SecureDrive products and services.
• Resolve scheduling and fitment issues in collaboration with technical teams.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure scheduled jobs are completed.
• Reschedule appointments when customers are unavailable.
• Assist clients with de-installation, re-installation, and repair bookings.
• Create customer usernames and passwords and provide system setup support.
• Train customers on SecureDrive system features where required.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records while meeting service level agreements.

Qualifications Required

• Matric / Grade 12
• Relevant qualification or degree is an added advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literacy in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Previous experience in telematics is advantageous
• Understanding of customer service management processes
• Knowledge of supply chain and fitment scheduling is beneficial
• Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure with excellent attention to detail
