The successful candidate will be responsible for representing clients in legal proceedings, drafting legal documents, providing legal opinions, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The role also involves supporting corporate legal matters, contract management, and dispute resolution through litigation, arbitration, and mediation. Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance to individual and corporate clients.

  

• Draft legal documents, agreements, contracts, and other legal instruments.

• Handle litigation matters and represent clients before Courts, Tribunals, Commissions, and other competent authorities.

• Provide legal support to senior management on corporate matters, contracts, and regulatory compliance.

• Represent the company in litigation, arbitration, mediation, and other dispute resolution processes.

• Ensure compliance with local, national, and applicable international laws and regulations.

• Monitor legal developments and provide strategic legal advice where necessary.

• Perform other legal duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a recognized institution.

• Admission as an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania.

• Valid Practicing Certificate.

• Must have been sworn in within the last one (1) year.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• High level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
