For 2026, Lesso Africa is offering an opportunity for experienced sales professionals and qualified fresh graduates to join its Dar es Salaam team as Sales Officers – Sanitary Ware. The position focuses on project and wholesale sales and offers a competitive package that includes a basic salary, commission, performance allowance, and mobile allowance.

Responsibilities

• Sell Lesso sanitary ware products, including toilets, basins, and bathroom fittings, to project and wholesale customers.
• Identify and secure new project opportunities with contractors, developers, consultants, and hardware wholesalers.
• Build and maintain a strong client pipeline while achieving monthly sales and collection targets.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and terms, and follow customer orders through to delivery.
• Provide customers with product and technical guidance on sanitary ware selection and installation.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide relevant information to management.
• Maintain accurate sales records and regularly report sales activities and market developments.

Qualifications Required

• More than 1 year of experience in sanitary ware sales.
• Previous experience in project and wholesale sales.
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Commerce and Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Must be based in Dar es Salaam or willing to work full-time in Dar es Salaam.
