Available Position

Sales Assistant – 2 Positions

Location: Zanzibar

Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Support the Zanzibar branch sales team with daily sales operations and customer service.
• Assist walk-in customers with enquiries about piping, fittings, and sanitary ware products.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and other sales documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of stock, customer orders, and client information.
• Support showroom product displays and merchandising activities.
• Follow up on customer orders and deliveries to ensure timely fulfilment.

Qualifications Required

• Must be a resident of Zanzibar.
• O-Level education or higher.
• Good communication and customer service skills in Kiswahili and English.
• Basic computer literacy for sales documentation and record keeping.
• Ability to work full-time at the Zanzibar branch.
