Safarilink is inviting qualified and motivated Kenyan pilots to apply for the position of Caravan First Officer. This is an excellent opportunity for licensed commercial pilots with Caravan 208B experience to join one of Kenya’s leading domestic airlines.

The successful candidate will assist the Pilot in Command in carrying out designated flight duties, ensuring every flight is conducted safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with aviation regulations and company operational standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist the Pilot in Command during all phases of flight operations.
• Perform allocated flight duties to support safe and efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with aviation safety procedures and operational standards.
• Maintain effective communication with the flight crew and operational teams.
• Contribute to proper flight planning and preparation before departure.
• Support the delivery of safe, reliable, and professional passenger services.

Qualifications Required:

• Must be a Kenyan citizen.
• Hold a valid Kenyan Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL).
• Hold a valid Instrument Rating (IR).
• Hold a Multi-Engine (ME) rating.
• Possess a Multi-Engine Instrument Rating.
• Hold a Caravan 208B Type Rating.
• Minimum of 200 total flight hours.
• High integrity and strong teamwork skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent composure and planning skills.
