Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and developing marketing strategies for Lancet Laboratories.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Develop strong professional relationships with doctors, hospitals, hospital managers, hospital marketers, suppliers and service providers.
• Market and sell Lancet laboratory services to increase market share.
• Represent Lancet at marketing events, medical aid days, pharmaceutical days and hospital open days.
• Assist with product and service training for laboratory administrative staff.
• Serve as a key contact for customers regarding laboratory service queries and complaints.
• Ensure customer concerns are resolved promptly and provide appropriate feedback.
• Collaborate with internal departments to maintain high standards of customer service.
• Prepare and submit weekly CRM reports to management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Biomedical Science or another relevant field.
• Required Customer Relations Officer (CRO) qualification.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Computer literacy.
• Knowledge of marketing and sales principles.
• Knowledge of laboratory information systems.
• Knowledge of laboratory standards, procedures and processes.
• Good technological skills.
