Sales Executive – Title Loans at SimplePay Capital Limited

SimplePay Capital Limited is seeking experienced and results-driven professionals to join its team as Sales Executive – Title Loans in Dar es Salaam. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with a strong background in secured lending, customer acquisition, and sales who are motivated by commission-based earnings and portfolio growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying qualified customers, promoting title-backed loan products, managing customer onboarding, and supporting a healthy loan portfolio through excellent customer service and responsible lending practices.

Responsibilities

• Market and promote title loan products to individuals and SMEs.

• Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, field visits, and partnerships.

  

• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

• Achieve or exceed assigned loan disbursement targets.

  

• Source and onboard qualified customers.

• Explain loan eligibility, repayment terms, fees, and conditions to prospective clients.

  

• Collect, verify, and submit accurate customer documentation.

• Ensure customer information complies with company requirements.

  

• Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan application process.

• Educate customers on responsible borrowing and timely repayment.

• Monitor repayment performance of customers introduced by you.

• Follow up with customers to encourage timely repayments.

• Collaborate with the Collections Team to minimize loan defaults.

• Report suspected fraud or documentation irregularities immediately.

• Comply with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.

• Submit weekly sales activity and performance reports.

• Maintain strict confidentiality of customer information.

Qualifications Required

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Marketing, Economics, Law, Real Estate, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in title loans or other secured lending products.

• Demonstrated success in achieving loan disbursement and sales targets.

• Strong understanding of property title verification, loan documentation, customer onboarding, and title loan approval processes.

• Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Strong communication, presentation, and customer engagement abilities.

• High level of integrity and professionalism.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to use digital systems for reporting and customer management.

• Willingness to travel within assigned territories.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
