Data Analyst & Sales Support Officer

Platinum Credit Ltd is seeking a qualified and analytical Data Analyst & Sales Support Officer to join its team in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will support business development by analyzing business data, generating useful insights, supporting sales and marketing activities, and providing administrative assistance to the Business Development department.

This opportunity is suitable for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. Applicants should have at least two years of professional experience, strong analytical and business skills, and proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.

About the Role

The Data Analyst & Sales Support Officer will play an important role in turning business and marketing data into actionable insights that can support decision-making and improve sales performance. The position requires the ability to collect, process, analyze, validate, and present data effectively.

The successful candidate will also support data protection compliance, assist the sales and marketing teams, respond to audit queries, and work with different departments to improve business processes and achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements
