Sales Consultant – 2 Positions

P17 Security Company Limited is seeking two results-driven and self-motivated Sales Consultants to join its team in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidates will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring clients, presenting security solutions, and expanding the company’s customer base across commercial, residential, and corporate markets.

This opportunity is suitable for candidates with a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. Applicants should have proven sales or business development experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently while consistently achieving sales targets.

About the Role

The Sales Consultants will focus on promoting the company’s security solutions and services to prospective customers. This will include security guard services, electronic security systems, and physical security solutions.

The role also involves conducting client consultations and site assessments, preparing customized proposals and quotations, maintaining customer relationships, and monitoring market and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for security guard services.

• Promote electronic security systems and physical security services.

  

• Conduct consultations with prospective clients.

• Carry out client site assessments.

  

• Develop tailored security solutions based on customer requirements.

• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contract agreements.

  

• Present security solutions to prospective clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Monitor customer satisfaction and support client retention.

• Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities.

• Monitor competitor activities and market developments.

• Achieve monthly sales targets.

• Work toward annual sales and business development targets.

• Follow up with prospective clients to convert leads into customers.

• Support the company’s efforts to expand its customer base across commercial, residential, and corporate sectors.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience in the security industry is an added advantage.
