About the Role
The Personal Banker will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers while expanding the bank’s existing business portfolio. Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Prospecting for new customers and identifying potential business opportunities.

Acquiring and onboarding new customers.

Identifying attractive market segments for business development.

Growing CASA accounts, term deposits, fee income, and other retail banking products.

Cross-selling savings and current accounts to customers.

Promoting insurance products.

Promoting debit and other banking cards.

Promoting mobile banking and internet banking services.

Promoting alternative banking channels.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

Developing relationships with prospective customers.

Conducting regular customer visits and sales calls.

Following up with prospects and converting them into active customers.

Preparing daily sales reports.

Preparing customer-call reports.

Preparing business-development reports.

Supporting branch sales campaigns and promotional activities.

Participating in market-development initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements
