Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing strategies to grow the loan portfolio.

  

• Working towards company loan portfolio and business growth targets.

• Achieving monthly and quarterly customer acquisition targets.

  

• Achieving loan disbursement targets.

• Conducting initial client assessments and pre-screening.

  

• Determining whether prospective clients meet lending and compliance requirements.

• Representing the company during product awareness sessions.

• Promoting the company's loan products to potential customers.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

• Following up on loan repayments and renewals where applicable.

• Collecting and responding to customer feedback.

• Processing loan applications and supporting documentation.

• Ensuring loan applications comply with company credit policies.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants should have:

• A Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Microfinance, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of recent experience in a sales role.

• Proven experience in customer acquisition.

• Proven experience in growing a loan portfolio.

• A proven record of achieving sales and business targets.

• Excellent communication skills.
