Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be responsible for:

Typing official correspondence and documents.

Receiving and directing visitors.

Maintaining appointments and schedules.

Locating and retrieving files.

Distributing correspondence and documents.

Maintaining office records.

Providing general secretarial support.

Qualifications Required
Applicants should possess one of the following:

Diploma in Secretarial Studies; or

NTA Level 6 qualification in Secretarial Studies.
Applicants should also:

Have passed English typing at 100 words per minute.

Have passed Kiswahili typing at 100 words per minute.

General Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
