Responsibilities

The BYD Consultant: Sales Supp. Internal AVAF (FAIS) will be responsible for:

• Supporting customers throughout the relevant service and sales processes.

• Maintaining compliance with applicable FAIS requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• A Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC) in Business, Commerce and Management Studies or a related field.

• A qualification approved by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA), where applicable to the role.

• Regulatory Examination for Representatives (RE5).

• Experience as required under the FAIS Act.

• Product-specific training after onboarding.

• Class of Business training.

• Continuous Professional Development (CPD).

• Ability to attest to honesty, integrity and good standing.

• Understanding of FAIS-related requirements and compliance standards.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to handle customer interactions professionally.

• Ability to work according to established procedures and service standards.
