Loan Officer & Collection Officer

SimplePay Capital Financial Services Tanzania Ltd is seeking motivated and customer-focused candidates for the positions of Loan Officer and Collection Officer in Morogoro. The roles involve supporting customers throughout the lending and repayment process. Successful candidates will be responsible for following up on outstanding loan payments, maintaining KYC records, assisting customers, and supporting daily administrative activities while complying with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Review and follow up on open customer accounts for loan repayments.

• Collect loan repayments according to agreed repayment schedules.

  

• Conduct customer due diligence and maintain accurate KYC documentation.

• Provide excellent customer service to clients.

• Handle front-desk responsibilities professionally.

• Assist with general administrative duties.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High School education.

• Previous experience in microfinance or financial services is an added advantage.

• Strong communication skills.
