Manager – Ecosystem & Digital Lending

Equity Bank (Tanzania) Limited is inviting applications for the position of Manager – Ecosystem & Digital Lending in Dar es Salaam. This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced banking, digital lending, business development, or financial technology professional looking to take a leadership role in expanding digital financial solutions and customer ecosystems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic business ecosystems, managing key customer and partner relationships, supporting digital lending growth, and identifying opportunities that contribute to sustainable loan portfolio and deposit growth. The role also involves working closely with Credit, Digital Banking, Sales, and Operations teams to improve customer experience and strengthen the bank’s digital lending business.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop strategic business ecosystems that support business growth.

• Build and manage relationships with key partners, customers, and other stakeholders.

  

• Create opportunities for digital financial solutions within targeted ecosystems.

• Strengthen strategic partnerships to support customer acquisition and business growth.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and business stakeholders.

• Support the development and growth of digital lending solutions.

• Identify opportunities to increase adoption of digital loans.

• Manage relationships with digital lending customers.

• Support improvements in customer experience through digital channels.

• Monitor digital lending performance and portfolio quality.
