Job Description

Equity Bank Tanzania is seeking a Recovery Officer to manage defaulted and overdue loan accounts and support the Bank in maximizing loan recoveries while minimizing credit losses. The role focuses on identifying effective recovery approaches, following up with borrowers, negotiating repayment arrangements, and ensuring appropriate recovery actions are taken on time.

The position combines loan recovery, credit management, customer engagement, negotiation, and portfolio monitoring. Responsibilities
