Key Responsibilities

The Programme Manager will be responsible for:

• Managing confidential information related to employees, business finances, and commercial activities.

• Working with executive leadership to develop and guide future capital programmes across business functions.

• Managing the Capital Stage and Gate process to ensure projects meet quality requirements and deliver expected value.

• Coordinating with functional leaders and specialists to develop effective project specifications.

• Creating and communicating five-to-ten-year project plans aligned with strategic objectives.
