Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for:

• Recording all rapid and purchase order invoices in the invoice register.

• Capturing rapid and purchase order invoices into the SAP Financial Accounting system.

• Ensuring invoice queries are resolved by coordinating with relevant stakeholders, including user departments and procurement teams.

• Preparing monthly invoice payment reports.

• Managing price variance weekly reports.

• Following up on returned items to suppliers and ensuring credit notes are received.
