Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for:

• Planning and executing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime

• Inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical equipment, including milling machinery and related plant systems

• Coordinating maintenance activities with the Milling team while ensuring compliance with safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and quality standards

• Supervising maintenance personnel and supporting equipment installation and commissioning

• Managing critical spare parts inventory

• Analyzing equipment performance and preparing maintenance reports

• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

Qualifications Required

Applicants should possess:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Registration with the Engineers Registration Board (ERB)

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing environment

• Experience in flour milling, food processing, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), or other continuous process industries

• Experience working with Bühler milling equipment
