Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical repairs in company houses, offices, public areas, community centres, and other company buildings.

• Install new electrical wiring systems in compliance with safety standards and regulations.

• Inspect feeder boxes, distribution boards, main switches, and switchgear.

• Attend assigned maintenance work orders and provide quality customer service.

• Maintain proper housekeeping standards within the work area.

• Repair and service air conditioners, refrigerators, and other cooling equipment.

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental objectives.

• Comply with workplace health, safety, and environmental procedures at all times.

Qualifications Required

• Trade Test Grade II or Level II and above from a recognized institution.

• Minimum of two years' experience in domestic electrical work.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and installations.

• Good understanding of electrical fault-finding techniques.

• Knowledge of electrical protection systems and equipment ratings.

• Understanding of workplace safety procedures and lockout systems.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Physically and mentally fit.

• Ability to work safely, follow instructions, and work effectively within a team.

• Strong customer service orientation.
