Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting workplace health, safety, and environmental inspections.

• Report safety hazards, incidents, and unsafe conditions to the HSE team.

• Help maintain safety records, reports, and documentation.

• Support the implementation of health, safety, and environmental procedures at the mining site.

• Participate in safety briefings, awareness campaigns, and toolbox meetings.

• Perform other HSE-related duties assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications Required

• Must be a Tanzanian citizen.

• Must reside in New Luika or surrounding villages.

• Willingness to work in a remote mining site environment.

• Physically fit and able to work in field conditions.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• High level of integrity and discipline.

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
