Responsibilities

  • Actively source, engage, and acquire new customers through field visits, referrals, and networking.

  • Promote and sell the bank's products and services, including accounts, loans, deposits, insurance, and cards.

  • Conduct product presentations and explain product features and benefits to customers.

  • Complete account opening forms and ensure documentation complies with KYC and regulatory requirements.

  • Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Provide regular feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and cross-selling.

  • Represent the bank professionally during all customer interactions.

  • Develop business opportunities by following up on qualified sales leads.

  • Conduct planned cold-calling activities targeting high-value prospects.

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to increase market share.

  • Market Personal Banking products and provide product information to customers.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their banking needs have been met.

  • Provide additional product support and identify customer concerns.

  • Successfully transfer customer relationships to Personal Bankers, Branch Managers, and Employee Value Banking teams where appropriate.

  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements and stay informed about policy updates.

  • Respond promptly to customer, branch, and credit-related inquiries.

  • Conduct customer needs assessments to recommend suitable banking products.

Qualifications Required

  • First Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
