Requirements
Applicants must possess a three-year tertiary qualification in Labour Relations, BCom Law, or LLB.
A valid driver’s licence is required.
Applicants should have knowledge of the following:

Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidates will conduct occupational inspections to ensure compliance with all labour legislation.
They will execute investigations into reported cases related to contraventions of labour legislation and enforce corrective measures where necessary.
- The role includes conducting proactive (blitz) inspections on a regular basis to monitor compliance with labour laws.
- Inspectors will assist in drafting inspection plans, preparing reports, and compiling statistics for allocated cases.
