Program Overview
The GBfoods Africa Graduate Trainee Program 2025 is a structured 24-month training initiative under the Operations Africa Department.
It is available in Ghana, Nigeria, and Algeria, and provides graduates with an opportunity to gain real-world experience across various business functions.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the GBfoods Africa Graduate Trainee Program, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:
- Food Science and Technology
- Agricultural Science and Technology
- Chemical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Mechatronics
- Instrumentation and Control Engineering
- Automation Engineering
- Or another related engineering discipline
- A Master’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field is an added advantage.
- Be a recent graduate (2023, 2024, or 2025) with:
- First Class / Excellent Equivalent, or
- Second Class Upper / Very Good Equivalent
- Be fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Be a citizen of Ghana, Nigeria, or Algeria.
- Show curiosity, ambition, and a strong desire to make a sustainable impact in Africa.
