The main purpose of this position is to create and deliver impactful brand-led consumer experiences that build long-term brand loyalty while driving volume growth, market share expansion, and stronger brand competitiveness for SAB beer and ciders.
The successful candidate will also lead and manage regional events that not only increase sales but also strengthen the TBL corporate image and reinforce brand storytelling through memorable, consumer-focused engagements.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and report on brand-building experiential events that enhance the overall brand narrative and deliver unforgettable consumer experiences.
- Organize and manage regional sales-driving events in line with company execution guidelines to deliver profitable, incremental volume.
- Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal teams (sales and brand departments) and external partners (venue owners, event organizers, and community stakeholders).
- Manage SAB beer account procedures, including FBIs, stock control, and promotional deals.
- Gather and analyze insights related to consumer behavior, engagement trends, and brand perception to inform strategic decisions.
- Coordinate with third-party suppliers and event service providers to ensure smooth event execution and quality delivery.

- Capable of working effectively under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Minimum Requirements:
- A relevant 3-year qualification in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- A valid Tanzanian Driver’s License.
- Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Must be social media savvy and familiar with digital marketing trends.
