Position Introduction
E&N HR Heroes Solutions, on behalf of a reputable secondary school employer, invites applications from qualified, competent, and committed English Teachers to teach O Level and A Level students on a fixed three-month contract. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who can deliver high-quality instruction within a structured academic environment. The duty station for this position is Coast Region (Bagamoyo), Tanzania.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach English at O Level and A Level in line with the approved curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, and assessments.
- Monitor and evaluate students’ academic performance and provide timely feedback.
- Prepare students for examinations.
- Maintain professional classroom management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by school management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education (English), English, or a related field.
- Valid teaching qualification and registration (where applicable).
- Proven experience teaching O Level and/or A Level.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- High professional and ethical standards.
