Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Data Growth and Market Penetration

  • Develop and implement programs to increase smartphone penetration across retail, franchise, and open market channels
  • Launch initiatives that encourage more customers to adopt mobile data services
  • Work with device retailers and distribution partners to expand data-enabled device availability
  • Establish programs such as the Data Commando Program to promote data usage in universities and youth markets

Ecosystem Coordination

  • Ensure coordination across internal teams including network, IT, customer experience, sales, finance, and legal departments
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders such as franchise partners, retailers, and distribution agents
  • Drive flawless implementation of data initiatives across the entire operational ecosystem

Innovation and Value-Added Services

  • Introduce at least one innovation initiative every quarter

Customer Experience and Net Promoter Score (NPS)

  • Implement programs that increase customer satisfaction and improve Data Net Promoter Score (NPS)

Revenue Growth and Customer Retention

  • Design and manage programs that increase revenue from existing customers
  • Maintain a balanced relationship between recharge revenue and customer data usage

Promotional Program Management

  • Design and monitor promotional offers and tariff programs
  • Ensure error-free implementation of promotions and pricing structures
