Minimum Requirements
- University degree, preferably in Product Management, Marketing, Communication, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, business management, or franchise management.
Core Responsibilities
- Achieve annual revenue targets from corporate and business clients through initiatives that drive fund collection and disbursement via Mixx by Yas.
- Plan, execute, and monitor promotional campaigns to ensure engagement and revenue growth from business organizations.
- Manage and enhance the corporate product portfolio, including new product launches and platform integrations.
- Contribute to business case development, product innovation, and CAPEX management for new product delivery.
- Prepare financial and performance reports for all MFS products and analyze corporate client usage behavior.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships to expand the MFS business while ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Compliance teams to improve platform functionality, transaction settlements, and internal controls.
- Support corporate marketing efforts and promotional events to strengthen brand visibility among business clients.
- Maintain relationships with key decision-makers in business organizations to resolve issues and enhance client engagement.
- Oversee product portfolio activities, including service updates, menu modifications, and system testing.
- Drive corporate customer retention by providing tailored solutions and serving as the central point of contact.
- Maintain accurate corporate customer data in Mixx systems to ensure efficient account management and service delivery.
