Boutique Manager Job Overview
The Boutique Manager will oversee daily operations across the wedding and party gown boutiques. The role combines:

Staff Supervision and Team Leadership
The Boutique Manager will lead and supervise sales staff to ensure excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include:

- Handling disciplinary matters and resolving staff conflicts
