About the Role
We are looking for an Assistant Financial Manager to support financial management and decision-making processes across all departments.
This role works closely with the Financial Manager to ensure efficiency in financial operations, oversee reporting systems, safeguard company assets, and optimize processes and procedures. The Assistant Financial Manager will play a key role in budgeting, reporting, audits, compliance, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and presenting annual budgets.
- Develop monthly management reports and quarterly forecast packs.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent Advanced Diploma.
- Registered member of the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA).
- Strong knowledge of IFRSs and TFRSs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and integrated accounting systems (e.g., Sage ERP, SAP ERP).
- Certification in Internal Auditing or specific accounting systems is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience within a Multinational Corporation (MNC).
- Competency in Tanzanian tax laws and regulations.
- High level of accuracy, analytical skills, and multi-tasking ability.
- Fluent in English.
