Requirements
Applicants must be in possession of a three-year tertiary qualification at NQF Level 6 in Public Administration or Business Administration.
A minimum of four years’ relevant experience is required, of which:
- Two years must be functional experience in a Board Services and secretariat environment
- Two years must be at a supervisory level

Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will facilitate investigations on national appeal cases referred by provinces.
The role includes coordinating administrative support services to the Board.
- The incumbent will facilitate the provision of technical support on enquiries referred to the Fund, including those from the Minister’s Office, Public Protector, Director-General, and Commissioner.
- The position also involves managing all resources within the Sub-Directorate, including human resources, financial resources, and equipment or assets.
