Key Responsibilities

Financial Records and Bookkeeping

• Reviewing and reconciling petty cash transactions

Bank Reconciliation and Cash Management

• Monitoring daily cash flow and reporting unusual variances
• Maintaining communication with banking institutions regarding financial transactions

Accounts Payable and Receivable

• Processing payments to suppliers and creditors in accordance with company policies
• Issuing and tracking client invoices to ensure timely collection of payments
• Preparing debtor and creditor ageing reports for management review

Tax Compliance
