Role Summary

As an Account Developer, you will manage and grow a defined sales territory while developing strong customer relationships. This role is designed to develop future sales leaders through hands-on frontline execution, structured learning, and exposure to advanced digital sales tools. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, market share expansion, and brand presence at outlet level.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Deliver sales targets and grow market share within the assigned territory
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
Execute trade marketing and promotional activities according to company standards
Use digital sales tools to manage orders, track performance, and improve visibility
Collect market intelligence and identify new business opportunities
Ensure correct equipment placement, stock rotation, and compliance with company policies
Support CCBA’s purpose of driving growth while uplifting communities

Experience

Recent graduate or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business-related fields
