Role Summary
The Account Developer role is designed to develop future sales leaders through practical, frontline experience. The successful candidate will take ownership of a defined sales territory, execute in-market activities, and directly contribute to customer growth and business performance. The role offers structured learning, access to advanced digital sales tools, and collaboration with a diverse and performance-driven team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets and grow market share within the assigned territory
Build strong, long-term relationships with customers across outlets
Implement trade marketing and promotional activities in line with CCBA standards
Utilize digital sales tools to manage orders, monitor performance, and improve visibility
Gather market intelligence and identify new business opportunities
Ensure proper equipment placement, stock rotation, and compliance with company policies
Promote CCBA’s purpose by supporting community upliftment while driving business growth
