Role Summary
The Account Developer role is a structured career pathway designed to develop future sales leaders. The successful candidate will take ownership of a defined sales territory, execute frontline sales activities, and directly influence customer growth and business performance. Key Duties and Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets and increase market share within the assigned territory
Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Execute trade marketing and promotional activities according to CCBA standards
Utilize digital sales tools to manage orders, track performance, and improve in-market visibility
Collect market intelligence and identify opportunities for new business
Ensure correct equipment placement, stock rotation, and compliance with company policies
Promote CCBA’s purpose by driving growth while uplifting local communities
