The Mwanza Intervention Trials Unit (MITU) is seeking qualified Community Mobilizers/Tracers to support a clinical trial evaluating a single dose of the Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine in males. The role involves community engagement, participant tracing, and data collection activities within the study area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide study information to community members
• Work closely with local government leaders, community leaders, and health providers
• Locate and trace potential study participants in the community
• Complete electronic and paper-based study forms
• Update the trial management and engagement teams on relevant field information including rumours and potential participant withdrawals

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Certificate in Health, Community Development, or related field
• Minimum of one year experience in field research studies
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Swahili
• Ability to work effectively with community stakeholders
• Sukuma language skills are an added advantage
