Role Overview
The Marketing Executive – Branding will serve as the visual engine of the company’s marketing strategy. The role involves producing high-quality multimedia content, managing brand identity, and overseeing digital marketing activities across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Media Production
- Plan, shoot, and produce professional photos and videos of company projects.
- Capture drone footage and aerial photography of project sites.
- Conduct product photography, showroom shoots, and client testimonial recordings.
- Film and edit promotional videos, reels, adverts, and project showcases.
- Manage the entire content production cycle from planning to final output.
- Maintain an organized digital content library for all media files.
- Operate and maintain camera equipment, drones, and related production tools.
- Cover company events, field visits, and stakeholder engagements.
Graphic Design & Visual Identity
- Design marketing materials such as posters, brochures, catalogues, flyers, and banners.
- Create social media graphics, campaign visuals, and promotional designs.
- Maintain brand consistency in colours, typography, tone, and logo usage.
- Design large-format materials such as billboards, wall displays, and roll-up banners.
- Develop vehicle branding concepts and outdoor advertising visuals.
- Support the sales team with presentation materials and quotation visuals.
Digital Platforms & Social Media
- Manage and grow company social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Business.
- Develop and implement a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns.
- Run and monitor paid digital advertising campaigns such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Track and analyze performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and follower growth.
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms.
- Stay updated with social media trends and algorithm changes.
Campaign Management & Brand Strategy
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns from concept to delivery.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and external agencies.
- Participate in marketing meetings and contribute strategic ideas.
- Represent the company at industry events, brand activations, and stakeholder engagements.
- Provide weekly updates and monthly performance reports to management.
Required Skills and Competencies
Technical Skills
- Professional photography using DSLR or mirrorless cameras
- Videography including filming, directing, and audio capture

- Video editing using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
