Successful candidates will support vessel operations and ensure efficient coordination between shipping lines, port authorities, and other logistics stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will perform several operational and documentation duties related to vessel handling and shipping logistics, including:
- Handling vessel documentation and boarding procedures.
- Managing vessel call creation and related operational records.
- Ensuring cargo safety and compliance with shipping procedures.
- Coordinating activities with port authorities and terminal operators.
- Supporting smooth vessel arrival and departure operations.
- Ensuring compliance with customs regulations and documentation requirements.
- Monitoring shipment tracking and logistics progress.
- Maintaining accurate records and operational documentation.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in shipping, clearing and forwarding, or related maritime operations.
- Driving License Class B or D.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced port operations environment.
