Key Responsibilities
The RO Plant Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining the Reverse Osmosis water treatment system to ensure consistent water quality and system efficiency. Duties include:
- Operating and monitoring the Reverse Osmosis (RO) water treatment system.
- Recording daily operational parameters such as pressure, flow rate, conductivity, and pH levels.
- Performing routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of the system.
- Conducting membrane cleaning (CIP – Clean In Place) and replacing filters when required.
- Monitoring chemical dosing including antiscalant, chlorine, and other treatment chemicals.
